Urooj is completing a PhD investigating the adoption of My Health Record in general practice. This research skill adds to her experience in IT business applications and IS management, including development and support in the Middle East and Australia in both the private and public sectors.
She is now keenly passionate about Digital Health, to understand how electronic health information systems and related projects can improve patient care outcomes. Post PhD study, Urooj is interested in further exploring, analysing and advising clinicians about the ways technology can improve clinical patient care and extending her skillset accordingly.
